根据压电陶瓷微定位系统的要求,在构成闭环控制系统时,需要控制器应用VC++编程语言编写的控制程序通过PC机的串口,给单片机发送控制命令,实现对压电陶瓷驱动电源的控制。通过对压电陶瓷电源驱动控制的实验表明,电源控制系统具有结构简单、性能稳定和精度高等优点,能够较好地满足微定位系统中压电陶瓷驱动电源的控制要求。
According to the requirements of the piezoelectric micro-positioning system, when the closed-loop control system is formed, it is necessary for the controller to use the control program written in VC ++ programming language to send control commands to the microcontroller through the serial port of the PC to realize the control of the piezoelectric ceramic drive power. Experiments on the drive control of piezoelectric ceramic power supply show that the power supply control system has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance and high precision, which can better meet the control requirements of the piezoelectric ceramic drive power in the micro-positioning system.
