竖向钢筋自动电渣压力焊中的接头质量问题,一般有焊疱偏心,倾斜、咬边、未熔合、焊疱不均、气孔、烧伤、焊疱下溜等缺陷,敲去溶渣壳,就可发现,应立即采取措施——割掉重新焊接,不会给工程质量造成什么隐患。唯独内部夹杂的焊疱,外表成型很好,肉眼看不见任何缺陷,往往会给工程容量造成事故隐患。我在实践中体会到,要确定焊疱内部是否存在夹杂,首先要确定焊接过程中是否断过弧。焊疱内部夹杂问题来源于渣池电压的不稳定性。当渣池电压过低时,表明两钢筋之间距离
