提出了酶法提取与超滤膜法精制相结合的药用植物有效成分提取、分离新工艺。采用电导率测试法瞬时动态反馈提取过程的传质规律,根据多种物系的实验结果确定提取、分离过程的优化条件,对提取过程传质规律进行了分析,建立了膜法超滤过程的传质模型。
A new technology of extracting and separating active ingredients from medicinal plants by enzymatic extraction and ultrafiltration membrane refining was proposed. The mass transfer law of instantaneous dynamic feedback extraction process based on conductivity test method was adopted. The optimization conditions of extraction and separation process were determined according to the experimental results of many kinds of systems.
