关于硫酸注入水溶液时能产生大量熟,是尽人皆知的。前人曾利用这一点于土壤有机质的测定中,以达到不需要其他加热设备而能进行消化的目的。但在他们的试验中,当有机质含量超过2.5%时,不易得出令人满意的结果。考虑其原因:(1)硫酸加入的速度仍不够快速,发热量不大;(2)热量散发得太快;(3)不易充分摇混。因此,我们研究用注射法迅速注入硫酸来代替从滴定管中加入的方法;其次用小三角瓶代替试管,这样有可能充分摇动而且可以使作用更为完全;第三,把三角瓶埋在乾砂或灰中,使其温度能保持较高,以利氧化作用进行得更趋完全。
It is well-known that a large amount of cooked sulfuric acid can be produced when it is poured into an aqueous solution. It has been used by predecessors in the determination of soil organic matter in order to achieve the purpose of digestion without the need for additional heating equipment. However, in their experiments, when the organic matter content exceeds 2.5%, it is not easy to obtain satisfactory results.
