从理论上分析了考虑粘性阻尼作用时弹性支承上的双盘转子以匀角加速度转动的非稳定性振动特性,得出了非稳定振动的运动微分方程及其精确解和近似表达式,计算了当临界速度比和加速度参数为各种不同值时的精确解和近似表达式结果。发现振动现象在一定条件下,可以按照某一特征量之值分为3类,并提出了计算转轴经过第一临界速度时,这3种振动对靠近第二临界速度的非稳定振动的影响的公式。
In this paper, the unsteady vibration characteristics of double disc rotor rotating at uniform angular acceleration with viscous damping are analyzed theoretically. The differential equation of motion and the exact solution and approximate expression of unsteady vibration are obtained. Exact solution and approximate expression result when the critical speed ratio and the acceleration parameter are various different values. It is found that under certain conditions, the vibration phenomena can be divided into three categories according to the value of a certain characteristic value and the influence of the three kinds of vibration on the unsteady vibration near the second critical speed is calculated when the shaft passes the first critical speed formula.
