目的了解大鼠灌胃射干合剂后,指标成分在大鼠血清内吸收及其在大鼠尿、粪中24 h排泄情况。方法采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术测定化合物的含量,大鼠代谢笼技术。结果给予射干合剂后24 h指标成分基本从大鼠体内排泄完。结论麻黄碱在大鼠体内24 h基本排泄,黄酮类化合物在体内有互相转化的可能。服用射干合剂不会造成体内麻黄碱及黄酮类化合物的蓄积。
Objective To understand the absorption of rat serum and its excretion in rats’ urine and faeces after 24 hours of oral administration. Methods The compounds were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) and rat metabolic cages. The results given 24 hours after injection of dry ingredients of the basic indicators of the body excreted from rats finished. Conclusion Ephedrine can be excreted basically in rats for 24 h, flavonoids may transform into each other in the body. Shegan dry mixture will not cause the body of ephedrine and flavonoids accumulation.
