从具有初始曲率的小曲率平面弯曲的应变分析入手,借助经典弹塑性理论的卸载规律和应变的可叠加性对平面弯曲弹复问题进行了系统的理论研究,理论推导过程建立在广泛适用的基本假设基础之上,所得结果可统一为平面弯曲几何约束方程和弹复方程,并能成功地褪化为直梁平面弯曲和纯弯曲的情况.扩径矫圆工艺属于平面弯曲中的先弯后拉过程,应用平面弯曲弹复方程对扩径矫圆工艺进行解析分析并与实验相比较,结果十分吻合.该理论分析结果具有很高的预测精度,完全满足工程应用的需要.
Starting with the analysis of the strain of small curvature plane bending with initial curvature, the theoretical study of the plane bending springback problem is carried out by means of the unloading law of classical elasto-plastic theory and the superposition of strain.
