电子商务作为当下社会的主要消费方式之一,在大数据时代下会发生什么变化?电子商务企业又该如何去应对大数据时代的机遇与挑战呢?本文通过对电子商务消费活动的三大要素——电子商务消费客体、消费环境以及消费主体的深入解析,分析大数据时代背景下电子商务环境可能发生的变化,进而针对这些变化提出了电子商务企业适应大数据时代、谋求发展的可行路径。本文认为,电子商务企业需要充分利用大数据技术了解消费者需求以及同业竞争者动向;利用大数据做好消费者定位,并对其开展精准营销;科学缩减库存,按订单存货;与大数据相关企业合作,做专业分析等。
E-commerce, as one of the main ways of consumption in today’s society, will happen under the era of big data. How should e-commerce enterprises deal with the opportunities and challenges in the era of big data? By analyzing the three major elements of e-commerce consumption, --Electronic commerce consumer object, consumer environment and consumer subjects in-depth analysis, analysis of the era of big data in the context of electronic commerce may occur changes in the environment, and then for these changes e-commerce business to adapt to the era of big data and seek a viable path for development. This paper argues that e-commerce enterprises need to make full use of big data technology to understand the needs of consumers and competitors in the industry trends; use of big data to do a good job in consumer positioning and precise marketing; scientifically reduce inventory, inventory by order; and big data Business cooperation, professional analysis.
