Objective To explore the causes of high hemoglobin during physical examination in Haixin and its health intervention. Methods The submarine crew were divided into three submarine submarines, conventional submarines and surface ships. The hemoglobin values were divided into 161 ~ 165g / L, 166 ~ 170g / L, 171 ~ 180g / L. As a result, the Hb of surface naval vessels increased by 35.79%, that of nuclear submarines increased by 35.96%, and that of conventional submarines increased by 24.76%. The statistical analysis shows that the difference between nuclear submarines and surface ships is not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.096, P> 0.05). There is no significant difference between nuclear submarines and conventional submarines (χ2 = 3.71, P> 0.05) There was no significant difference between ships (χ2 = 3.757, P> 0.05). Conclusion They live and work in special environments. Perhaps all kinds of harmful factors lead to the increase of hemoglobin of some sailors, improving their work environment and establishing effective mechanism of health intervention.
