目的对使用单菌多产物(one strainmany compounds,OSMAC)策略培养微生物并研究其次级代谢产物的成果做一综述。方法通过查阅外文文献共15篇,对在OSMAC策略指导下进行的微生物的化学成分及药理活性研究进行总结。结果在OSMAC策略指导下,微生物次级代谢产物的研究对于药物前体化合物的发现有了更有力的支持。结论使用OSMAC策略研究微生物次级代谢产物具有重要意义和广阔前景。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the results of the cultivation of microorganisms using the single strain of amylose (OSMAC) strategy and its secondary metabolites. Methods A total of 15 foreign literature were reviewed to summarize the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of microorganisms under the guidance of OSMAC strategy. Results Under the guidance of the OSMAC strategy, the study of microbial secondary metabolites has provided more powerful support for the discovery of drug precursor compounds. Conclusion It is of great significance and broad perspective to study the secondary metabolites of microorganisms using OSMAC strategy.
