通过对三曲柄式万向联轴器建立数学模型的方法验证了三曲柄式万向联轴器的等角速传动特性,分析了三曲柄式万向联轴器三曲柄杆交点的轨迹,三曲柄交点在与输入轴垂直的平面内运动轨迹以及输出轴的运动规律,对解决三曲柄式万向联轴器的振动问题,提高三曲柄式万向联轴器的传输能力提供了理论基础。
Through the establishment of a mathematical model of a three-crank universal coupling, the isokinetic transmission characteristic of a three-crank universal coupling is verified, and the trajectory of the triple crank handle of the three-crank universal coupling is analyzed.
