如今,对于即将毕业的在校生以及已经毕业但没有找到工作的学生而言,实习与见习经历在求职中的作用日益凸显,不少二三年级的学生已经开始找实习单位,提前进入状态。实习与见习的主要目的是积累工作经验,提高就业能力,为接下来正式就业做好准备。实习和见习不是正式工作,也不是试用期。见习期结束后,个人和企业可以双向选择,签订正式劳动合同,或者自动解约;然而,不少学生在实习与见习过程中忽视了维护自己的合法权益,使自己的利益受到侵害。在实习、见习过程中,要注意下列情形:
