高层建筑箱形基础下满堂摩擦群桩的沉降变形是地基计算中比较复杂的问题,由于这类建筑物荷重大,基础埋置深,基础面积比较大,其宽度一般超过10米,因此,采用一般地基沉降变形的计算方法与实测沉降结果差异较大。本文通过工程实践,对高层建筑箱形基础下满堂摩擦群桩沉降变形特征的分析,提出了视基础为刚性,调整压缩层深度,考虑地基为三向应力,按均布荷载作用下刚性矩形与带形基础的沉降计算方法。其计算结果与实际工程沉降较接近。
Settlement deformation of the full group friction pile group under the box-shaped foundation of high-rise buildings is a more complex problem in foundation calculation. Because such buildings have heavy loads, the foundations are buried deep, and the foundation area is relatively large, the width is generally more than 10 meters. Therefore, The calculation method for the settlement deformation of the foundation generally differs from the measured settlement. This paper analyzes the deformation characteristics of full-scale friction pile group under high-rise building box foundation through engineering practice, and proposes that the visual basis is rigidity, adjust the depth of the compression layer, consider the foundation as a three-dimensional stress, and press the rigid rectangle under uniform load.
