目的:比较酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)和非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)模型大鼠肝脏脂质(肝脂)及血脂等指标的异同。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、AFL组和NAFL组,10周造模成功,制备病理切片,测定各组血脂、酶学等指标,制备肝匀浆测定肝脏脂质含量。结果:NAFL组大鼠部分肝细胞内出现大小不等的脂滴,AFL组出现大泡状脂滴。与正常对照组比较,AFL组血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(BIL)及肝脏TG、TC显著升高(P<0.01);NAFL组血清TG、TC、LDL、BIL、ALT及肝脏TC水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义。AFL组与NAFL组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(-γGGT)指标与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。AFL组血清TG、AST及肝脏TG、TC显著高于NAFL组(P<0.01)。结论:相同的实验周期内,AFL模型大鼠血清TG及肝脏脂质升高比NAFL模型更显著。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the similarities and differences of liver lipid (lipids) and lipids in alcoholic fatty liver (AFL) and nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, AFL group and NAFL group. After 10 weeks of successful model establishment, pathological sections were made. Blood lipids, enzymology and other indexes of each group were measured. Liver homogenate was prepared for determination of liver lipid content. Results: In lipid droplets of NAFL group, lipid droplets of different sizes appeared in some of the hepatocytes of rats in the NAFL group, and large lipid droplets occurred in the AFL group. Compared with the normal control group, serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) , Total bilirubin (BIL) and hepatic TG and TC in NAFL group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). The levels of TG, TC, LDL, BIL, ALT and liver TC in NAFL group were significantly different from those in normal control group. There was no significant difference between high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (-γGGT) in AFL group and NAFL group compared with normal control group. Serum TG, AST and liver TG, TC in AFL group were significantly higher than NAFL group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: In the same experimental period, serum TG and liver lipid in AFL model rats were more significant than NAFL model.
