防水混凝土是通过各种方法提高混凝土抗渗性能以达到防水要求的一种混凝土。常用防水混凝土一般用三种方法配制,即集料级配法、外加剂法和选用特种水泥配制法。集料级配法对粗细骨料要求高,选用特种水泥法成本高。因此,这两种方法受到材料资源、工程成本和施工条件的限制,很少采用。比较容易办到的是外加剂法。为了解决地下室防水问题,我们采用北京地区砂石、水泥,掺加三乙醇胺、三氯化铁、木质素磺酸钙、建1型减水剂,进行了混凝土防水性能比较试验。
Waterproof concrete is a type of concrete that improves the impermeability of concrete through various methods to achieve waterproofing requirements. Commonly used waterproof concrete is generally prepared by three methods, namely, aggregate grading method, additive method and special cement preparation method. Aggregate grading method has a high requirement for coarse and fine aggregates, and the use of special cement has a high cost. Therefore, these two methods are limited by material resources, engineering costs, and construction conditions and are rarely used. It is easier to do it with the admixture method. In order to solve the problem of waterproofing in the basement, we used sandstone and cement in Beijing area, added triethanolamine, ferric chloride, calcium lignosulfonate, and built type 1 water reducing agent to conduct comparative tests on waterproof performance of concrete.
