以k -ε双方程模型模拟车用柴油机涡轮蜗壳内的气体流动情况 ,以心形线拟合蜗壳的通流截面 ,用SIMPLEST算法对驿蜗壳喷嘴出口气流角和速度的分布情况进行了三维数值计算 ,并将计算结果与实测流场进行了比较 ,两者分布规律吻合较好。
The k-ε two-equation model was used to simulate the flow of gas in the turbine volute of a vehicle diesel engine. The flow cross section of the volute was fitted with a heart-shaped curve. The outlet airflow angle and velocity distribution of the outlet of the volute was detected by the SIMPLEST algorithm The 3D numerical calculation is carried out, and the calculated results are compared with the measured flow field. The distribution of the two is in good agreement.
