应用Canon宽角眼底照相机作萤光眼底血管造影,使我们能得到清晰度很好的血管像,增加了我们对脉络膜循环的知识。由于高质量的滤光镜,能确切地看到脉络膜小动脉网状结构,我们近来的研究证实在中心黄斑下的脉络膜有一特殊的无血管区,由黄斑周围的脉络膜无细血管环所围绕。在黄斑区,脉络膜毛细血管相当于一薄层,很可能是由后短睫状动脉进入眼球的附近分出的几支小动脉供应。如Hayreh所述,可能在中心区毛细血管的压力很低,虽然经常是维持平衡的。
The use of a Canon wide-angle fundus camera for fluorescence fundus angiography allowed us to obtain sharp, well-defined images of the blood vessels and increased our knowledge of the choroidal circulation. Due to the high-quality filters, the choroidal arteriole network can be seen exactly. Our recent studies confirm that the choroid under the central macula has a special avascular zone surrounded by the choroidal acellular ring around the macula. In the macula, choroidal capillary is equivalent to a thin layer, probably due to the supply of several small arteries separated by the posterior ciliary artery in the vicinity of the eyeball. As Hayreh notes, capillary pressure may be low in the central area, although it is often balanced.
