目的了解某航空企业职业卫生状况,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该企业工作场所测定噪声58个工作点,其中37个点噪声强度超过相关国家职业卫生标准,超标率为63.79%,粉尘测定48个工作点,其中4个工作点粉尘浓度超标,超标率为8.33%;职业健康检查者中噪声性听力损失检出率11.49%(54/470),尘肺观察对象检出率2.99%(29/971)和肺通气功能障碍检出率1.65%(16/971)。结论加强职业病危害防护措施,保护工人身体健康。 Objective To understand the occupational health status of an aviation enterprise and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination were conducted to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The workplace noise was measured at 58 working points, of which 37 points exceeded the national occupational health standards, the exceeding standard rate was 63.79%, the dust was measured at 48 working points, and the dust concentration at 4 working points exceeded the standard 8.33%; occupational health check-ups were 11.49% (54/470) in noise-induced hearing loss, 2.99% (29/971) in pneumoconiosis subjects and 1.65% (16/971) in ventilator-induced lung dysfunction ). Conclusion Strengthen occupational hazards protection measures and protect workers’ health.
