Objective To explore the influence of situational factors on cognitive load in behavioral screening tests and to analyze the relationship between cognitive load and personality traits in the real test scenarios to provide basis for improving on-site testing accuracy. Method test a is a laboratory test, which is set up without emotion. The subjects were 30 undergraduates, and the reaction time was the indicator of cognitive load. Field test (ie test b) rely on a new phase of mental health survey work, the participants for a unit has been selected through the pre-recruitment of 886 staff, and response time as a cognitive load indicator analysis of screening tests Relationship between Cognitive Load and Personality Traits. Results There were differences in cognitive load between behavioral screening tests in different testing scenarios. There was no difference in the cognitive load between different subject categories in Experiment a, but there was a difference in cognitive load among different subject categories in Experiment b. The survey subjects (V2 and V3) have a higher cognitive load. Anxiety Personality tended to react longer on unrelated subjects (V1) and investigative subjects (V2), while subjects with rigorous personality were serious and treated earnestly and with a high degree of involvement in the survey subjects (V2 and V3) The response time is longer. At the same time, subjects with higher self-deception factors scored lower cognitive load in behavioral screening tests. Conclusion Situational factors affect the cognitive load of behavioral screening test, personality traits and cognitive load.
