利萨柯夫采选公司的第一期工程,目前是按重-磁工艺流程生产的。粉碎后的矿石先行分级,其粗粒部分采用重选和磁选,小于0.2毫米的分级溢流(矿泥)未经选别而迳送至尾矿场。矿泥中含铁率高(达40%),是金属损失的重要因素,因而需要补加选别。某些类型的利萨柯夫矿石,矿泥的产率达50%,其平均含铁率为35%。
The first phase of the LISAKOV mining company is currently carried out on a heavy-magnetic process. The comminuted ore is first graded and its coarse fraction is re-selected and magnetically separated. Graded overflow (sludge) of less than 0.2 mm is sent to the tailings pond without selection. Mud high iron content (up to 40%), is an important factor in metal loss, which requires additional sorting. In some types of Lisakoff ores, the sludge yield is 50% and the average iron content is 35%.
