新课程标准指出:要重视学生的参与与合作能力、培养学生的创新思维,要关注学生学习的结果,更要关注他们学习的过程;要关注学生数学学习的水平,更要关注他们在数学活动中所表现出来的情感与态度,帮助学生认识自我,建立信心。这样学生的活动才能获得最准确最有效的评价。对于培养学生的创造能力,通过尝试我总结归纳了几点体会,主要有:多组织学生参加创造性活动,要珍惜和保护学生的好奇心,善于发现和正确引导有创造能力的学生,防止不良的个性因素在学生身上滋长,大力训练学生的发散思维和集中思维,这样我们教师才能做好学生能力培养和发展的铺路石和引路人。
