人本管理是顺应知识经济时代而产生的一种现代管理理念,它反映了当代社会人们对人自身价值的重新认识与人的地位的提升。严格地说,以人为本的管理,它概括的是管理的价值观体系,而并非一种具体的模式,它贯穿于各种管理活动以及管理活动的各个环节和各个层次。传统管理理论在观念上表现为以物为中心,把人作为实现目的的工具和手段。把对人的管理当成对人的控制与约束,压抑甚至是扼杀了人发展。在管理制度上,强调管理的模式化、制度化、组织化,注重秩序的稳定与保持,在管理方法上,强调命令与服从,缺乏民主与参与。人本管理是行政管理发展的必然趋势。
Humanistic management is a kind of modern management philosophy which accords with the era of knowledge economy. It reflects the re-recognition of people’s own value and the promotion of human status in the contemporary society. Strictly speaking, people-oriented management, which summarizes the value system of management, but not a specific model, it runs through various management activities and management activities in all aspects and at all levels. Traditional management theory is conceptualized as taking things as the center and using people as tools and means to achieve their goals.
