Determination of a single rare earth element is one of the problems of analytical chemistry, the use of mathematical methods is an important way to solve this problem. In this paper, an improved factor spectrophotometry was used to simultaneously determine the content of a single rare earth in the binary or ternary rare earth mixture to obtain satisfactory results.
