互动式教研是以教师为主体,在与专家、其他教师、情境、材料互动的过程中观察、感受、发现、提高,从不同角度切实感受幼儿教育的真正内涵,从而改善观念、转化行为的教研方式。互动式园本教研注重开放、互动、体验式的教研氛围,强调在过程中体验和感受,启迪教师创意,改善教师观念与行为,从而促进师幼协同发展。它的核心在于鼓励教师主动思考、探究、反思和顿悟,让教师从被动专业化转向个体的主动专业化。本文以 Interactive teaching and research is based on the teacher as the main body, observing, feeling, discovering, improving and interacting with experts, other teachers, situations and materials to truly understand the true meaning of preschool education from different perspectives so as to improve the teaching and research of concepts and transformation behaviors the way. The interactive teaching and research focuses on the atmosphere of open, interactive and experiential teaching and research, emphasizing the experience and feelings in the process, enlightening the creativity of teachers and improving the teachers’ concepts and behavior so as to promote the coordinated development of teachers and children.
