为了探究垂直振动压路机的性能优势,从力学原理、对比试验和工程应用等3个方面与同吨位圆周振动压路机进行对比。结果表明:相同试验条件、相同压实遍数下,垂直振动各层的压实度明显大于圆周振动;压实12遍后,垂直振动的下层压实度比圆周振动提高3.68%。可见,垂直振动的压实效率和质量比圆周振动高,具有明显的厚层压实优势。研究成果可为高效压实和厚铺层压实等提供借鉴。
In order to explore the performance advantages of vertical vibratory roller, compared with the same tonnage circumferential vibratory roller from the aspects of mechanics principle, comparative test and engineering application. The results show that under the same test conditions and the same compaction pass number, the compaction degree of each layer of vertical vibration is obviously larger than that of the circumferential vibration. After compaction for 12 times, the compaction degree of vertical vibration is 3.68% higher than that of the circumferential vibration. It can be seen that the compaction efficiency and mass of the vertical vibration are higher than that of the circular vibration, and have the obvious advantage of thick compaction. The research results can provide reference for efficient compaction and thick ply compaction.
