一般资料男12例,女3例,年龄32～68岁,平均55岁。有高血压病史者14例。入院时均有不同程度的意识障碍及瞳孔改变,其中中-重度昏迷3例、两侧瞳孔均散大者2例。15例均出现病变对侧肢体瘫痪,合并上消化道出血3例。辅助检查15例均经头颅CT扫描证实诊断,左基底节区6例,右基底节区5例,左丘脑出血破入脑室及左底节出血破入脑室各2例。血肿量28～130ml,平均62 ml。血肿外侧型2例,内侧型4例。病情分级:15例中Ⅲ级者11例,Ⅳ～Ⅴ级者各2例。其
General information of 12 males and 3 females, aged 32 to 68 years, mean 55 years. Hypertensive history in 14 cases. There were varying degrees of disturbance of consciousness and pupil changes on admission, including 3 cases of moderate-severe coma and 2 cases of enlarged pupil on both sides. 15 cases were paralyzed contralateral limb paralysis, merger of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 3 cases. Auxiliary examination of 15 cases were confirmed by head CT scan diagnosis, left basal ganglia in 6 cases, right basal ganglia in 5 cases, left ventricular rupture and left hemorrhage in 2 cases. Hematoma volume 28 ~ 130ml, an average of 62 ml. 2 cases of hematoma lateral type, medial type in 4 cases. Grading: 15 cases of grade Ⅲ in 11 cases, Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ grade in 2 cases. its
