国家基建投资压缩后,作为建筑业后勤维修服务的建筑机械加工行业如何摆脱困境走出低谷,上海市建一公司机修厂创出一条新途径。该厂对外跨出行业面向全国、打入国际市场;对内挖潜节约,降低成本。使这个仅有三百职工的小厂,八九年完成产值846.6余万元,创利160余万元,比历年效益最好的八八年还增长了33.3%,成为上海建筑工程管理局机修行业系统中的排头兵。该厂以优质产品为拳头,优质服务为宗旨,把原仅销于本市建工系统的履带吊、装修吊蓝、组合钢模板三大产品转向全国的市政、水利、港口、铁路等行业,八九年共销出钢模板1500吨,履带吊9台,装修
After the country’s infrastructure investment was compressed, how did the construction machinery processing industry, which served as a logistic maintenance service for the construction industry, shake off the difficulties, and the Shanghai Jianyi Company Machine Repair Factory set a new path. The plant faces the whole country and enters the international market in an outward direction; it taps into potential savings and reduces costs. The small factory with only 300 employees completed an output value of 8.466 million yuan in 1989 and a profit of more than 1.6 million yuan, an increase of 33.3% over the best annual value in 1988. It has become the vanguard of the Shanghai Construction Engineering Administration’s machine repair industry system. . With the aim of high-quality products and high-quality services, the factory turned the three products of caterpillar cranes, blue cranes, and composite steel templates that were originally sold only in the city’s construction system to the nation’s municipal, water conservancy, port, and railway industries. In 1989, a total of 1,500 tons of steel template was exported and 9 crawler cranes were installed.
