当前许多酒店和旅游企业都面临着员工流失率过高的问题,而员工过早过快的离职会使企业蒙受经济损失。文章将现实工作预览方法引入酒店招聘和筛选环节,结合酒店行业的特点提出了一个新的招聘流程模式,探讨酒店企业在招聘实践中如何实现具有现实意义的有效的双向选择方法,以减少新进员工的过早离职,降低企业成本。
At present, many hotel and tourism enterprises are faced with the problem of excessive staff turnover, and the premature exit of employees may cause enterprises to suffer economic losses. This article introduces the practical work preview method into the hotel recruitment and screening process. Based on the characteristics of the hotel industry, this paper proposes a new recruitment process model, and discusses how to realize the effective two-way selection method with practical significance in the hotel recruitment practice to reduce the new Employee premature departure, reduce business costs.
