目的:实现医院船卫勤组织指挥信息共享管理,提高海上伤员救治总体效能。方法:建立医院船卫勤组织指挥信息化工作模式,运用多媒体、软件工程与系统融合等技术研制卫勤组织指挥信息系统。结果:该系统实现了卫勤组织指挥与战伤救治及医疗保障等信息的综合集成。结论:该系统可充分利用卫生资源配置,综合提升海上卫勤信息化能力。
OBJECTIVE: To realize the sharing management of command and information of hospital ship medical service organization and improve the overall efficiency of medical treatment of the injured at sea. Methods: To establish the working mode of hospital ship medical service organization and command information, to develop medical service organization command information system by using technologies of multimedia, software engineering and system integration. Results: The system has realized the integrated integration of medical organization and command and war injury treatment and medical insurance and other information. Conclusion: The system can make full use of the allocation of health resources and comprehensively enhance the capability of medical information service at sea.
