山西省建筑科学研究所和阳泉市应用技术研究所结合阳泉市煤矸石资源情况,进行了《煤矸石砂在建筑砂浆中的应用》科研项目的研究,在室内研究工作基础上,并在一万三千五百平方米宿舍、化验楼砖墙砌筑和八千立方米的砌石工程中作了试点使用,证明效果良好。于七月份由山西省城乡建设环境保护厅主持召开鉴定会上通过了省级技术鉴定。来自省内外的代表对该项成果予以充分肯定,一致认为该项目选题正确,具有普遍意义。自燃煤矸石砂具有火山灰活性,其生产工艺简便,投资少,成本低,见效快。用其代替普通砂配制的砌筑砂浆符合国家标准203—83关于砌筑砂浆的技术要求,可以
Shanxi Institute of Building Research and Yangquan Institute of Applied Technology combined research on scientific research projects on the application of coal gangue sand in building mortar, based on coal gangue resources in Yangquan City. The use of 3,500 square meters of dormitories, bricklaying of laboratory buildings, and 8,000 cubic meters of stone masonry has been piloted and proved to be effective. In July, the Shanxi Province Urban and Rural Construction Environmental Protection Department chaired the appraisal meeting and passed the provincial technical appraisal. Delegates from both inside and outside the province fully affirmed the achievement and agreed that the project is selected correctly and has universal significance. Spontaneous coal gangue sand has the activity of volcanic ash, its production process is simple, investment is low, the cost is low, and the effect is quick. The masonry mortar prepared with it instead of ordinary sand meets the technical requirements of the national standard 203-83 on masonry mortar, and can
