本文通过对磨齿这一工艺方法在汽车变速器中的实际应用,分析了齿轮磨齿工艺的特点、加工原理,以及目前磨齿工艺在国内外的发展现状。同时,通过与传统齿轮加工方式在成本、效率、加工精度上的比较,肯定了磨齿这一工艺方法对改善汽车齿轮加工精度、降低汽车变速器噪音方面的优势。并对磨齿在生产加工中的应用范围和工艺方法的选择提出了建议。
In this paper, through the practical application of grinding process in the automobile transmission, the characteristics of the gear grinding process, the processing principle and the current development of the grinding process at home and abroad are analyzed. At the same time, through the comparison with the traditional gear machining methods in terms of cost, efficiency and machining accuracy, the advantages of the gear grinding process in improving the gear machining accuracy and reducing the noise of the automobile transmission are affirmed. And puts forward suggestions on the application range of grinding teeth in the production and processing as well as the choice of process methods.
