目的:探讨急诊科开展特色健康教育工作的措施。方法:选取848例急诊患者施行健康教育,在开展特色教育的过程中,不断发现患者的心理需求,并制定恰当的措施,为患者解决实际困难。结果:通过实施健康教育,改善了护患关系,使患者增强了对护理人员的信任,且患者对护理知识需求明显减少。结论:特色健康教育是急诊科的重要组成部分,对提高急诊科医疗工作质量具有关键作用。
Objective: To explore the emergency department to carry out the characteristics of health education measures. Methods: 848 emergency patients were selected to carry out health education. During the course of carrying out special education, the patients’ psychological needs were constantly found and appropriate measures were formulated to solve their practical difficulties. Results: Through the implementation of health education, the relationship between nurses and patients was improved, patients ’confidence in nurses was enhanced, and patients’ demand for nursing knowledge decreased significantly. Conclusion: Characteristic health education is an important part of emergency department and plays a key role in improving the quality of emergency department medical work.
