基于高锰酸钾和十六烷基三甲基氢氧化铵之间的氧化还原反应,采用水热法制备了MnO_2材料。应用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和氮气吸脱附技术对所得材料的结构、形貌和表面性质进行表征。结果表明:所得材料具有水钠/钾锰矿(Birnessite)型层状结构,比表面积为70m~2/g。研究了反应时间对产物结构和形貌的影响。此外,采用循环伏安法测试了MnO_2材料的电容性质。当扫描速度为5mV/s时,比电容达到199F/g。
Based on the redox reaction between potassium permanganate and cetyltrimethylammonium hydroxide, MnO 2 materials were prepared by hydrothermal method. The structure, morphology and surface properties of the obtained material were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption and desorption techniques. The results show that the obtained material has a layered structure of Birnessite with a specific surface area of 70m ~ 2 / g. The effect of reaction time on the structure and morphology of the product was investigated. In addition, the capacitive properties of MnO 2 materials were tested by cyclic voltammetry.
