我院于1986年10月～1988年1月用北京第三制药厂生产的片剂治疗各类型高血压病50例,疗效良好,现将临床疗效观察结果报告于下: 一般资料50例高血压病人中,男27例,女23例,年龄30～75岁,病程6个月～20年。按1979年标准,临界高血压者1例,高血压Ⅰ期17例,Ⅱ期21例,Ⅲ期11例。50例中,20例治疗前停用降压药物1周以上:28例服用其他降压药物(多数是复方降压片,巯甲丙脯酸等)效果不满意而改用VR,仅2例为首次发现高血压开始治疗的。
