应用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)漂浮及玻璃珠过滤技术制备脑皮层微血管。用放射酶法测定脑微血管内NA水平为3.806±0.350ng/BMV蛋白mg,用分光光度法测定脑微血管内DβH为27.56±2.37活性单位(1活性单位为nm鱆胺/BMV蛋白mg/小时),提示脑微血管具有生物活性并存在肾上腺素能神经的调控。
