石油类高职院校的就业管理对于大学生的就业具有很重要的意义,同时也是高职院校教育管理的重要部分。但是由于我国石油类高职院校体制进行不断的改革,在就业管理上逐渐地出现了新的问题,大学生数量和人才配置上的矛盾愈发激烈。因此,本文主要探究就业管理中的问题与就业管理科学化的实现。
The employment management of petroleum higher vocational colleges is of great significance to the employment of college students and is also an important part of the education management in higher vocational colleges. However, due to the continuous reform of the system of China’s petroleum-based higher vocational colleges, new problems gradually emerge in employment management. The contradiction between the number of college students and the allocation of talents has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, this article mainly explores the problems in employment management and the realization of employment management scientifically.
