目的:探讨NGX6基因在肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中有无表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:肝细胞癌患者组织标本分为癌与癌旁对照组,应用RT-PCR检测45例肝细胞癌及配对癌旁组织NGX6表达,并对其表达和各临床病理参数的关系进行分析。结果:癌组织NGX6阳性表达率35.5%(16/45),NGX6表达强度相对值为0.245±0.060;癌旁组织阳性表达率为77.8%(35/45),强度相对值为0.352±0.113;癌与癌旁组织的表达阳性率及强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝细胞癌组织NGX6表达与TNM分期(χ2=6.106,P=0.042)、淋巴结转移(χ2=5.237,P=0.022)有关。结论:NGX6基因转录水平的表达降低或缺失,可能在原发性肝细胞癌的发生过程中起了重要作用,NGX6基因表达水平有可能作为一项早期预测肝癌发生发展的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of NGX6 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: The histological specimens of hepatocellular carcinoma patients were divided into cancer and adjacent control group. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of NGX6 in 45 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and paired paraneoplastic tissues, and the relationship between their expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of NGX6 was 35.5% (16/45) in cancer tissues, and the relative intensity of NGX6 was 0.245±0.060. The positive rate of paracancerous tissues was 77.8% (35/45), and the relative intensity was 0.352±0.113.
