本文系应用系统参数识别的方法,将健康人和高血压糖尿病患者的正中神经及其支配的肌肉作为一个系统进行参数估计。首先得到系统的差分方程,进一步获得系统的传递函数。采用数字计算机仿真的方法对得到的数学模型进行了验证。最后对表征系统动态性能的一些特征参数ξ,ω_n和τ进行了分析。本文得到的结果对于临床诊断是有意义的;对于针炙机制的研究也可能提供一个新的方法。
In this paper, the method of system parameter identification is used to estimate the median nerve and its dominant muscle in healthy people and hypertensive diabetic patients as a system parameter. First of all, the system of differential equations, and further access to the system transfer function. The mathematical model was verified by digital computer simulation. Finally, some characteristic parameters ξ, ω_n and τ which characterize the dynamic performance of the system are analyzed. The results obtained in this paper are meaningful for clinical diagnosis; the study of acupuncture mechanism may also provide a new method.
