1开发的目的作为安装在电动车组用受电弓上的滑板(集电材料),使用的制作材料有铜系烧结合金、纯碳、碳系材料。近年来,一直沿用铜系烧结合金滑板,有利于延长接触导线的寿命,此外,还较多地采用集电性能优于纯碳的碳系材料滑板。铜系烧结合金是在铜系烧结材料中分散硬质及润滑成分的材料。纯碳是将石墨粉成形后煅烧而成的材料。碳系是以石墨烧成体为基材的铜或铜合金的复合材料。目前使用的碳系滑板,因为基材是石墨烧成体,强度不高,安装在受电弓上时,必须在滑板侧使用钢制的护套,以补强固定。但使用护套需要解决以下难题:由于钢制护套部分不能进行滑动集电,使用厚
