多年来,我矿在井巷支护中推广使用了喷射混凝土支护,由于粉尘大、浓度高,影响了这一工艺的顺利进行。过去,虽然在设备密封和材料配合比以及河沙水分含量等方面做了一些工作,对降低粉尘起过不同程度的作用,但是总感到不够理想。后来采用了按武汉冶金安全技术研究所设计的、由我矿自制的湿式旋流除尘器(图1),与11千瓦移动式扇风机配合使用,对降低粉尘起到了显著效果。除尘器由四部分组成:1.混合部分。内设有两
Over the years, our mine has promoted the use of shotcrete support in the support of mine shafts. Due to the large dust and high concentration, the smooth progress of this process has been affected. In the past, although some work has been done on equipment sealing and material mix ratio, and moisture content of river sand, it has played a different role in reducing dust, but it has always been less than ideal. Later, a wet cyclone dust collector (Fig. 1) designed by Wuhan Metallurgical Safety Technology Institute and manufactured by our mine was used in combination with an 11-kW mobile fan to achieve a significant effect in reducing dust.
