新课程的改革对高中数学教学模式也有了新的要求,尤其强调高中数学教学模式的多样化,传统的教学模式、题海战术不再适应学生自身的发展要求。为了推进学生的全面发展,适应新课程的改革以及推进新课标改革的实施,深化素质教育,让学生自己掌握课程的选择权,有更大的自主学习自主选择的空间,很多学校都开始实行分层走班的教学方法,尤其是对于数学这样具有多样性、灵活性的一门学科。现将探讨对新课程下高中数学分层走班教学的体会研究,包括该制度的实施方式等。
