目的了解浙江省嘉兴市浙江科技工程学校接收就读的青川学子的心理状况及严重程度,探索出一系列的心理安抚活动模式。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对28名青川班学生在心理干预前后分别进行了问卷调查。结果①总体筛选结果显示,任一因子≥3分的学生占总人数的10.71%,其中有1名学生焦虑因子已超过了4分,这表明,有部分学生心理症状较为严重。任一因子≥2.5分的学生占总人数的25%,说明学生心理健康状况不容乐观;②从SCL-90因子≥2.5分的检出率来看,学生主要出现较为严重的症状是强迫、敌对、恐怖、偏执、抑郁因子。结论通过一系列的心理安抚活动模式的开展,降低了学生的强迫、敌对、恐怖、偏执和抑郁水平,学生情绪平稳,表现出追求积极、健康生活的强烈愿望和动机,表明本校的心理安抚活动模式是有效的。
Objective To understand the psychological condition and severity of students in Qingchuan who were admitted to Zhejiang Science and Technology Engineering School in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province and explore a series of psychological appeasement patterns. Methods The self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90) was used to survey 28 students in Qingchuan class before and after psychological intervention. Results ① The overall screening results showed that 10.71% of the students with any factor of 3 or more had an anxiety factor of more than 4, which indicated that some students had more severe psychological symptoms. Any factor ≥ 2.5 points accounted for 25% of the total number of students, indicating that students mental health is not optimistic; ② SCL-90 factor ≥ 2.5 points in the detection rate of view, the students mainly appear more serious symptoms are forced, hostile , Horror, paranoid, depression factor. Conclusions Through a series of psychological appeasement activities, the students ’coercion, hostility, terror, paranoia and depression are reduced. Students’ emotions are stable and they show their strong desire and motivation to pursue a positive and healthy life. This shows that the school’s psychological appeasement activities The model is valid.
