锅炉受压元件的腐蚀是锅炉常见缺陷,对锅炉的正常运行和安全状况影响很大。尤其对于季节采暖和洗澡使用的锅炉,腐蚀缺陷更为普遍。锅炉投入运行几年后,受压元件表面就会出现大量腐蚀凹坑或点状腐蚀,在运行期间突然渗透漏水,或发生爆管,导致设备停炉大修甚至报废,所以,在锅炉检验检测中,分析锅炉受压元部件腐蚀原因,预测腐蚀发展趋势,防范运行过程中受压部件突然失效,确保锅炉安全稳定运行,具有重要现实意义。1基本情况某单位一台采暖使用的型号为DZL4.2-1.0/95/70-All热水锅炉,水冷壁和对流管束材质均为20#冈管,规格为φ51×3.5mm。自2003年安装投入运行以来,每年停炉期间都进行了内部检验。
