该文结合HFZ工业粉状炸药的实验研究,提出了一种适用于工业炸药在Φ32mm沾蜡纸筒装药条件下爆速估算的数学模型。与传统的爆速体积加和公式比较,该模型能更准确地估算工业炸药在不同配方、不同装药密度下,或者在同一配方、相同装药密度、不同药温时的爆速。理论估算结果与实测值吻合良好,表明运用该模型估算工业炸药爆速是一种可行的方法
Based on the experimental research of HFZ industrial powder explosives, a mathematical model suitable for the estimation of detonation velocity of industrial explosive under the condition of Φ32mm sticking paper cylinder was proposed. Compared with the conventional detonation volume addition formula, the model can more accurately estimate the detonation velocity of industrial explosives under different formulations, different charge densities, or at the same formulation, same charge density and different drug temperature. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the measured values, indicating that it is feasible to use this model to estimate the detonation velocity of industrial explosives
