目的了解海南省海口地区蚊虫种类分布及其病毒携带情况,为相关蚊媒疾病防制提供科学依据。方法 2010年6-11月选择海口市区及4个区不同生境作为蚊虫监测点,利用电动吸蚊器法对不同生境进行蚊虫采集,将捕捉蚊虫带回实验室进行分类和病毒分离鉴定。结果共捕获蚊虫8425只,其中三带喙库蚊占捕获蚊虫总数的68.87%,致倦库蚊占20.21%,中华按蚊占6.64%,骚扰阿蚊占4.28%;分离鉴定出盖塔病毒和版纳病毒各1株。结论依据海口地区蚊虫的生态学特点做好防蚊、灭蚊工作,为防制相关虫媒传染病的发生做好有效预防。
Objective To understand the species distribution of mosquitoes and their virus-carrying status in Haikou, Hainan Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods From June to November 2010, different habitats in urban areas and 4 districts of Haikou were selected as the monitoring points for mosquitoes. Mosquitoes were collected from different habitats by electric mosquito repellent method. The captured mosquitoes were returned to the laboratory for classification and virus isolation and identification. Results A total of 8425 mosquitoes were captured, of which Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 68.87%, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus 20.21%, Anopheles sinensis 6.64% and Hara mosquito 4.28%, respectively. Conclusion Based on the ecological characteristics of mosquitoes in Haikou area, mosquito control and mosquito control work is well done and effective prevention is provided to prevent the occurrence of related insect-borne diseases.
