目的:探讨酸碱双点电位法在有机弱酸弱碱性药物分析中的应用,并选择适宜的实验条件。方法:在1 m ol/ L K Cl溶液中,分两次加入 V1 和 V2 体积 H Cl标准溶液,测定西咪替丁的含量,并与药典法对照。结果:在适宜的实验条件范围内,用酸碱双点电位法与药典法测定西咪替丁的含量结果相符合。结论:酸碱双点电位法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,在有机弱酸弱碱性药物分析中有一定的实用前景。
Objective: To explore the application of acid-base two-point potential method in the analysis of weakly acidic and weakly basic organic drugs, and select the appropriate experimental conditions. Methods: In 1 mol / L KCl solution, V1 and V2 volumes of H Cl standard solution were added in two batches. The content of cimetidine was determined and compared with the pharmacopoeia. Results: In the range of suitable experimental conditions, the acid-base two-point potential method was consistent with the results of pharmacopoeia in the determination of cimetidine. Conclusion: The double-point potentiometric method is simple, rapid and accurate. It has some practical perspectives in the analysis of weakly acidic and weakly basic organic drugs.
