本文介绍了共沉淀吸附-萤光比色法测定废水中铀。其基本原理:在弱碱性(pH=8~9)介质中,以活性二氧化锰作吸附剂,铁、铝混合溶液作共沉淀剂和凝聚剂的共沉淀吸附法富集废水中微量铀;以碳酸钠溶液作解吸剂及盐浸剂,在加热的条件下解吸和盐浸沉淀物中铀而与干扰元素分离;用萤光比色法测定。 本方法的加入回收率为89%,引入校正系数1.1以提高方法的准确度,相对标偏≤±6%(测定6次数);测定范围为0.005~2.5毫克铀/升。
This article describes the coprecipitation adsorption - fluorescence colorimetric determination of uranium in wastewater. Its basic principle: In a weak alkaline (pH = 8 ~ 9) medium, with active manganese dioxide as adsorbent, iron, aluminum mixed solution as coprecipitator and coagulant coprecipitation adsorption enrichment of trace amounts of uranium ; Sodium carbonate solution as a desorbent and salt immersion agent, desorption and salt precipitation of uranium in the precipitate under heat and interference with interfering elements; Determination by fluorescence colorimetry. The method of adding the recovery rate of 89%, the introduction of a correction factor of 1.1 to improve the accuracy of the method, the relative standard deviation ≤ ± 6% (measured 6 times); determination of 0.005 ~ 2.5 mg uranium / liter.
