武术运动员一般从六七岁开始习武,运动竞技期可持续到30岁左右,而运动寿命可延长到终年。儿童少年阶段训练是竞技能力持续增长的黄金时期。在这长达十几年的岁月里,运动员在常年累月的运动负荷刺激下,其竞技能力趋于稳定,机能对训练负荷已产生了适应性的机能变化。如总采用常规负荷,继续恪守少儿时期不宜采用大负荷训练的传统观念,则运动训练的生物适应和生物改造功能就不能得到发挥,运动员的专项技术、技能和竞技水平就不能得到进一步提高。针对这一情况,作者在
