微孔硅酸钙是以非金属矿为原料生产的产品,是重要的保温材料之一,广泛应用于电力等工业部门。过去我国生产的微孔硅酸钙,绝大部分为托勃莫来石型,耐热温度只有650℃,密度却高 250kg/m~3,抗折、抗压强度也很低,因而应用范围受到限制,保温效果不理想。 为了满足工业部门保温节能的需要,赶上国际先进水平,提高产品档次,拓宽市场,我国有关部门通力合作,终于研制成功了能耐1000℃
Microporous calcium silicate is produced from non-metallic minerals as raw materials and is one of the important thermal insulation materials. It is widely used in electric power and other industrial sectors. In the past, China produced microporous calcium silicate, most of which was of tilmolite type, with a heat-resistant temperature of only 650°C, a density of 250kg/m3, and low flexural and compressive strength. Restricted, the insulation effect is not ideal. In order to meet the needs of heat insulation and energy saving in the industrial sector, to catch up with the international advanced level, improve product quality, expand the market, China’s relevant departments to work together, and finally successfully developed the ability to withstand 1000 °C
