一、引言热风炉是高炉的主要附属设备,它为高炉冶炼提供温度高达1200℃的热风,以适应高炉精料、大风、高风温、重负荷、大喷吹量操作的需要。但是,目前鞍钢热风炉的现状困扰着热风温度的提高,高炉生产水平停留在“55018”踏步不进,利用系数(1.8t/(m~3·d))没有明显提高,焦比(550kg/tFe)难以降低,热风温度始终徘徊在900~1050℃。因此,寻求实现热风炉高温、长寿的途径,就成为炼铁、设计、筑炉工作者十分关注的课题。
I. INTRODUCTION Hot blast stove is the main auxiliary equipment of blast furnace. It provides hot blast for blast furnace smelting up to 1200 ℃ to meet the needs of blast furnace concentrate, high wind, high wind temperature, heavy load and large injection volume.
